Do I have to be qualified to purchase from your site? TOP
Yes. As most of our products are for 'Professional' use only, you will be required to confirm that you have the necessary qualifications to use the products purchased. This will occur at the check out process.
Can I purchase on 'Account'? TOP
Unfortunately we do not offer accounts. We offer the following payment options: Credit Card, Direct Deposit to our account or Money Orders.
Do you offer additional after-sales help and support ? TOP
Yes! We care greatly that you get the most out of our products. Our staff are all qualified Technicians, Therapists or Educators. You can contact us via phone or email and we will be only too happy to try to help you out.
How long does it take to process my order? TOP
Your order will be shipped on the next available working day after we have received your payment. If any item is unavailable at this time, we will back-order the out-of-stock product/s for you and we will ship separately (at no additional cost to you).
How long will it take for my order to be delivered? TOP
Delivery times depend on your location. All items are despatched from metropolitan Perth. In most cases, delivery is next day if you are also located in the Perth metropolitan area. Delivery to the rest of Australia is in accordance with usual Australia Post delivery times.
I am looking for a certain product - can you order it for me? TOP
Yes. We will endeavour to source the product and order it in on your behalf. There may be a minimum order quantity and/or deposit required. Please contact us via email to discuss further.
I want to add to your Showcase - how is this done? TOP
If you click on the Showcase button, you will see an item called 'Submit'. This page tells you the information that we require and how to forward it to us. You can have your item removed from our showcase at any time by emailing us your request. If you do not wished to be identified on your item but would still like it showcased, that is fine also.
What do you do with my Private Details? TOP
Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you! We do NOT disclose any of your details and any information you provide to us is used solely for the purpose of future contact/orders.
Who do you use to ship your products? TOP
We use Australia Post Contract Parcel delivery service. We are approved by Australia Post to ship Dangerous Goods for bottles up to 500ml (please keep this in mind when ordering).This enables us to keep freight prices to an absolute minimum charge.
What is Wholesale Pricing? TOP
This is a password protected area that offers price savings on all of our items. Anyone can apply to have access, but it will not be granted unless you provide us with legitimate Business registration details. This is our way of offering substantial savings Business-to-Business and 'looking after' qualified persons within our Industry.
What is your Return Policy? TOP
Our Refund Policy (In accordance with the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection, Government of Western Australia) - "Please
choose carefully. We don't normally give refunds if you simply change
your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be
given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a
sample show to you or don't do what they are supposed to."
In the event that you need to return or exchange a product, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product and all shipping costs for return of products are at the purchaser's expense.
