PROCEDURE:
Paint nails and decorate any that you choose. Apply the two rhinestones on the nail and a flower decal in the middle.
Then drill hole and fit little pinky finger with nail
ring and a jewel dangle.
One coat of UV top coat.
Great result and very easy too.
