PROCEDURE:
Paint the base of nail
with 2 coats of polish only 3/4 of the way up then with a cotton bud with
nail polish remover gently wipe the polish away to make a 'V'. Apply 2 coats
of different polish for the 'V' tip. Then outline the 'V'with a glitter colour
nail art pen. Then place a rhinestone in the 'V' on 2 fingers to make your
statement. Finish with a coat of UV top coat.
Terri's Tip: Peta, instead of using a cotton tip, I use a 'clean-up' brush dipped into acetone to make shapes/remove unwanted polish. I also paint my French Manicure this way as the line is always perfect. I keep a small bottle with about 1cm of acetone in it, dip in the brush, blot off excess acetone and then brush away the polish - perfect finish every time! (And no fibres left hanging around)
