Phd Pro V monomer and Prestige Pink powder.
PROCEDURE:
Julie drilled out existing French application and applied small dots of Hot Pink. She then filled over the French area with Super White and completed the nail with Prestige Pink. She then filed back the enhancement to reveal the Hot Pink dots.
The nails were then top-coated with Duragloss for a permanent high gloss finish.
