Shipping

We endeavour to ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt of payment. In the event of stock being unavailable, we will ship the first portion of your order and advise the ETA on the balance. If a back-ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you for further instructions.

Our preferred method of shipment is with Australia Post Contract Parcel. Delivery of goods will require a receivers signature. In the event that a receivers signature is not available, a card will be left detailing collection arrangements from your closes Post Office.

We are approved by Australia Post to send flammable liquids/dangerous goods, but these must be sent via Road transport. So please, take into consideration that we are a Perth based business and allow 7 days for receipt of goods. In accordance with our Australia Post Contract, flammable liquids may be re-packed to meet Dangerous Goods guidelines.

Our shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated at the checkout procedure. We charge according to Australia Post rates and include a fee for the Receipted Delivery option.
